Department of Physics arranges guest lecturers, extension lectures, PPT presentations and lessons on MANA TV to the students at regular intervals. One of such is  MANA TV lesson on SCHROEDINGER  WAVE MECHANICS   shown to students today.

Lecturers N.RAJA and  P.RAMA KRISHNA (also RRC Cordinator) have conducted an awareness program of   "baby sex determination- female child abortion- govt laws" .  Officials from district medical office have given awareness to students. An interactive session was also carried out.

STUDENT SEMINARS

Department of Physics has organized student seminars on several topics of Thermodynamics for first and second year students.
Praveen, Ajay, Preethi and Shruthi have given seminars. All the staff members were present in the activity and suggested the students after their seminars. the following are the photos related to activity

 

APMS-2014

Lecturer P. Rama Krishna has attended 2nd national conference on Applied Physics and Material Science (APMS-2014) at Vasavi College of Engg., Hyderabad on 1-8-14 and 2-8-14 and given oral presentation on " Shaping the PSF of Optical systems with Amplitude Filters".
